Times Network Launches Second General News Channel, Mirror Now

  • Times Network, a part of India’s largest media conglomerate The Times Group, has launched its 2nd English general news channel, Mirror Now.
  • The channel will serve that audience that is seeing growth on account of increased awareness of social-economic issues and rapid digitization.
  • Mirror Now will be a differentiated offering, which will highlight issues that impact our daily lives, crime, women’s safety, traffic woes, health and cleanliness to make India a better place.
  • The channel will be launched on the Magicbricks Now platform, which will ensure the distribution of the channel across all leading cable and satellite networks.
  • MK Anand, MD and CEO Times Network, says that delivering Times Now for last decade has given them a lot of experience and infrastructure, which it can leverage to produce more.
  • As the network caters to 100 million viewers, it was important for them to diversify the channel offering and content.

  1. Hello! I could have sworn I’ve visited this blog before but
after looking at many of the articles I realized it’s new to me.

Nonetheless, I’m certainly pleased I stumbled upon it and I’ll
be bookmarking it and checking back regularly!

  2. Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering
if you knew of any widgets I could add to my blog that automatically tweet
my newest twitter updates. I’ve been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time
and was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this.

Please let me know if you run into anything. I truly enjoy reading your blog
and I look forward to your new updates.
