Rasna, launched a new ad campaign which aims at celebrating the brand’s journey of spreading love for decades, across generations. It is one of world’s largest manufacturer of instant fruit-based concentrate.
It has also entered into the baked sweet snack category with the launch of Rasna Vitos. According to market researcher Euromonitor, sweet and savoury snacks have grown by 26%, highest with packaged food segment.
Sensing this, Rasna is grabbing the opportunity and planning to target the sweet snacks segment with focus on kids coming from school. Presently, Rasna Vitos will be available only in chocolate and strawberry flavours.
Vitos will be baked and made with ragi and wheat. Rasna has kept its promise of tasty and healthy snack at an affordable price of Rs10. The focus initially will be on penetration of Vitos by leveraging their marketing and distribution network.
Rasna will open a new powder facility in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, in addition to the 9 manufacturing units pan India.
