Italian motorcycle brand SWM Motorcycle is set to enter India in partnership with MotoRoyale which also sells MV Agusta bikes in India.
It is bringing along three models, focused on segments that have not been penetrated yet- Supermoto, Adventure, & Off-Road.
SWM currently has as many as 12 different models, ranging from 125 cc to 600 cc.
MotoRoyale has tied up with SWM & will introduce SuperDual T adventure bike in India by October 2017, followed by harder core off-road oriented SuperDual X before the end of 2017.
SWM motorcycles are remembered fondly in Italy with the brand’s dirt bikes for people who ride it today.
