  • Famous for its topical ads, Amul took a good-natured dig at Mr. Tharoor’s habit of using words which often left Twitterati reaching for their dictionaries.
  • Tharooraurus anyone?” read the ad by Amul which had Twitter laughing out loud.
  • Tharoor, in turn, tweeted that while he was ‘butterly honoured’ to be featured, he felt like a ‘Tharoorosaurus Rex’ or an ‘ancient creature soon to be extinct, snuffed out in a cloud of incomprehension….’.
  • His tweet has been ‘liked’ over 1,000 times since being shared.
  • Tharoor is well known for tweeting big words like ‘Rodomontade’, which he recently used when he addressed everyone about using right choice of words while writing or speaking.
  • Earlier also Amul had put forth a business proposal to Indian railways on twitter and got a very witty reply from the railways stating, “IR will be utterly butterly delighted to get the taste of India to every Indian.”
  • People on twitter also loved Mr. Tharoor’s reply and one among them also twitted that “For once.. I didn’t hv to use dictionary to understand ur tweets”.
