Indians are spending more time on social media than on newspaper and TV, claims this study

  • But print media still remains at the top as common households are loyal towards purchasing newspapers.
  • This study included 235 respondents from urban cities who accepted that they now rarely follow the morning routine of reading newspaper over a cup of tea.
  • The information would be consumed from the Internet instead of newspapers.
Majority of the newspapers have gone digital due to the changing dynamics of readers all around the country.
