SapientRazorfish in partnership with Salesforce has come up with a report on “Future of shopping”.
In this research, behavioural patterns of shoppers were studied to help companies leverage by creating customer centric business.
“To stay competitive in this fast-moving and connected world, brands need to offer shoppers more personalised and engaging experiences on any channel or device,” said Jeff Barnett, CEO, Commerce Cloud, Salesforce.
This research covered 6000 shoppers from six countries.
It is found that Customer Centricity will engage more customers to the brand and also suggested that cross functional teams will help build customer centric business.
60% of shoppers hunt for their product online and 70% of the shoppers use mobile for retail activity.
