A feature of translation in multiple languages will help to deliver messages in a translated form to the recipient language making the collaboration in business among parts of the world easier.
For ex: User can type in English and it will automatically be translated into Chinese or German based on the preferred language of the recipient.
WhatsApp might keep the service free of ads so that the expectation from business integration would keep things relevant and useful.
WhatsApp Enterprise will be available on iOS, Windows Phone, and Android OS.
