  • Familiarity and comfort is the second thing before buying a product like that of Facebook.
  • For a wider customer base, brands should focus on few important aspects of product.
  • Making the product popular early like P&G’s Tide which was sold free with washing machines in America.
  • Design the product for habit by choosing the offerings.
  • Keeping simple communications and innovating the product keeping the old services so that is easier for the consumer to adapt to newer versions.
