American motorcycle manufacturer Cleveland CycleWerks (CCW) is set to enter the Indian market by collaborating with a Hyderabad-based company, Laish-Madison MotorWerks (LMMW).
CCW offers motorcycles ranging from 125cc to 450cc.
The company is expected to offer five models in India – Heist, Ace, Misfit, FXr & Hooligun & also plans to assemble them here.
CCW was founded in 2009, with its first motorcycle launched in 2010.
It sources most of its components from China & operates in around 25 countries.
Several global motorcycle manufacturers like Ducati, Harley-Davidson, BMW Motorrad & Triumph have already entered India in the recent years to tap into the growing market.
