Online marketplace Amazon India has launched a callback option in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada from its seller support associates.
For Amazon, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Telangana have emerged as the top three states with the huge seller base preferring support services in local languages. This is in addition to the predominantly Hindi-speaking population.
The marketplace is also setting up seller cafes for on-ground support during the Great Indian Sale (January 20-22), where sellers can walk in to get their queries addressed.
